We are totally committed to high standards of service and quality of our work. To this end we have successfully achieved Investors in People accreditation (See press release. ) and are currently working towards ISO 9001:2000

Personnel
We have always expected high standards of skill and commitment from our staff and believe they are an asset to the company.
With this in mind we have achieved investors in people to maintain high standards and ensure that staff provide a modern and safe arboricultural service.
All personnel are qualified to carry out arboricultural works to British Standard 3998:1989 and we carry full public liability insurance.
We believe our personnel are the best in their field and we ensure that everyone is fully competent to work to the quality level and specifications demanded by the job they do.
Health and Safety
We have a comprehensive Health and Safety system in place and carry out risk assessments on all projects. Method statements are provided to run in conjunction with our Health & Safety Policy and COSHH assessments.
The Environment
We ensure our services are at minimal cost to the environment by the use of biodegradable oil in our chainsaws and waste disposal techniques that recycle the maximum amount of debris.
We inspect sites prior to carrying out work to ensure we do not destroy
nesting bird sites or bat roosts and have a minimum impact on other habitats.
